FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Donut Days is back at The Canadian Grind.

The cafe is raising funds on February 24th and 25th, leading up to the Child Development Centre’s 48th annual talent show.

Donuts will be sold by the dozen for $36 or half dozen for $18, with all proceeds going to the CDC.

Megan Vandermeulen, with The Canadian Grind, says it feels amazing to give back to the community.

“We’re very community-oriented. We’re always trying to help out and raise money for local causes,” Vandermeulen said.

The cafe joins various local businesses partnering with the CDC to assist with fundraising, including Mobil 1 Lube Express, Chopped Leaf, Baking Me Crazy, and the Hair Bin.

Those interested in placing a donut order can contact the cafe via Facebook or call them at 250-785-2711.
