FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Fort St. John Huskies are waiting to see who they face in the playoffs this week.

The Huskies will be up against the series winner of Tuesday’s game between the Fairview Flyers and the Dawson Creek Kodiaks

If the Kodiaks win, the Huskies will be at home on Wednesday at 8 p.m., and if the Flyers win, the Huskies will host them on Thursday at 8 p.m. 

The Huskies finished off their record breaking season on February 12th in a blowout 6-1 win over the North Peace Navigators, finishing their 40-game season with a record of 38-1-1.

The game brought the team’s winning streak to 20 games.

The Huskies’ Kurtis Lee finished the season as the league leader in points, with 70. He was the co-league leader in goals with 29, with his Huskies teammate Jared Winkel, and co-league leader in assists with 41 with his Huskies teammate Brandon Modde.

Goaltender Tyler MacArthur finishes the season with a league-leading 21 wins, nine more than second place.

Admission for playoffs is $12 for adults and $6 for youth and seniors. Season-pass holders get 50 per cent off.
