FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Applications are now being accepted for the Spark Angel Program for women that would like to attend the Spark Women’s Leadership Conference who would otherwise be unable to participate due to their financial situation.

Through sponsorship funding, the angel program has had 100 women participate in professional development conferences.

Several spaces are available, and applications are open until March 7th.

The Spark organizers hoped to be back to an in-person event this year, but they decided to continue the virtual format in 2022 following the success of last year’s conference.

“The Spark steering committee is incredibly excited about the 2022 program designed for the professional development needs of the women in the Peace Country. “Who should attend, you ask? Any female working, managing, or leading in small and large business, municipal, provincial, or federal government, education, tourism and hospitality, energy sector, non-profit or home-based businesses,” said a statement.

The 2022 event teaches guests how to Power Through Change, Like a Boss and provide quality education and take away tools that will assist in communication, business development, personal well-being, and leadership.

Regular registration will open in early March.
