FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Macro Pipelines has signed a pipeline construction services contract anticipated to be worth $160 million.
The contract is a reimbursed cost plus fixed fee arrangement with construction commencing during the first quarter of 2022, Macro said in a release on Wednesday.
The majority of construction is expected to be complete by October 31st, with the project to be finished by June 30th, 2023.
The Fort St. John-based company did not state further details about the contract and could not be reached for further comment.
Macro’s core business is providing pipeline and facilities construction and maintenance services to major companies in the oil and gas industry in northeastern B.C. and northwestern Alberta.
