FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The NEBC midget Trackers hosted the GPAC Storm in a tie on Saturday afternoon.

Sam Loewen and Carver Lequiere each had a goal in the 2-2 game. Donovan Viens stopped 24 of 26 shots.

The midget clubs’ next five games are on the road, and the team will be in Fort McMurray next weekend to face the Oil Barons on Saturday and Sunday.

The bantam club made it look easy over the weekend, beating the Peace River Sabres 10-1 on the road before arriving home Saturday to put up 9-1 against the GPAC Higson Storm.

Tristan Simpson, Brody Mickey, and Lincoln Bueckert each had a pair of goals on Friday, and Ethan Scanlon and Tristan Simpson each found the back of the net twice on Saturday.

The team has three road games next weekend, facing the Strathcona Warriors Friday, the Sturgeon Sting Saturday and the TRAC Wolverines Sunday.
