DAWSON CREEK, B.C. – Northern Lights College’s carpentry program received some funding this week for a project to help out a local non-profit.
Dawson Co-op handed NLC carpentry students a $2,000 cheque on Tuesday to build dog houses for the South Peace SPCA.
Students will begin on the project next month and hopes to have the houses built for the SPCA by May.
The grant comes from the Co-op’s community support fund.
