FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The B.C. Wildlife Federation is calling on its members to provide feedback on its proposed hunting regulations for 2022-2024.

The Federation says it’s critical to hear from members on regulation proposals, both on what they like and dislike.

There are several proposed province-wide regulations and two proposed regulations specific to the Peace region, which include closing general open season and limited entry hunting seasons that overlap the Pink Mountain Caribou Herd.

The other proposed regulation is harmonizing the moose and caribou hunting seasons in Northern B.C.

Members have until January 23rd to submit their feedback.
