CHETWYND, B.C. – A travel advisory has been issued for Highway 97 in the Pine Pass.

The travel advisory is in effect for the area 23km south of Chetwynd to 16km north of McLeod Lake.

Significantly reduced visibility due to snow, blowing snow and gusting winds occurring from Mackenzie Junction to Hasler.

Travel is not recommended unless absolutely necessary.

Argo Road Services says winds are expected to continue Monday night, with further reduced visibility.
