FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The odds of the Fort St. John Hospital & Birth Centre welcoming BC’s first baby of 2022 is at 50/1, according to the BC Lottery Corporation.
BC Women’s Hospital is the betting favourite at 3/1 after winning last year when Catherine Harrison delivered a seven-pound, four-ounce baby girl 21 minutes after midnight on New Year’s Day.
Surrey Memorial is close behind as a 4/1 betting favourite and last welcomed the province’s first baby of the year in 2018.
