FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – A Christmas tree drop-off event is taking place next week for anyone looking to dispose of their tree.
The trees will be reused for the High on Ice Winter Festival before being composted, according to the City of Fort St. John.
The drop-off is happening from January 4th to 11th between the Parkour Park in Centennial Park and the Museum.
Anyone stopping by to utilize the drop-off is asked to remove all decorations, tinsel, and plastic from their trees.
