FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Northern Health Connections buses will begin their final routes of 2021, starting December 19th and will resume services the first week of January 2022.

The route from Prince George to Fort St. John will stop after December 19th until resuming on January 2nd. The Fort St. John to Prince George bus will sit idle following December 21st to January 4th.

NH Connections provides transportation for clients travelling to non-emergent health services outside their home communities. A variety of routes connect communities across Northern BC, along with service to Vancouver.

Northern Health says the schedule is modified due to demand for the service typically dropping over the holiday season.

The bus from Fort Nelson to Dawson Creek bus will have its final run of the year on December 23rd and will resume on January 4th.  The Dawson Creek to Fort Nelson route stops running after December 21st and returns on January 6th.

The NH Connections booking centre will be closed on statutory holidays, December 24th to 26th, 31st and January 1st, 2022, but open on regular business days.
