FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – A pair of local highland dancers from Studio 2 Stage competed in Kamloops over the weekend, bringing home a handful of great results and some medals.

On the first day of competition, Nora Redford got a 3rd, a 4th and two 5th place finishes.

Adalyn Dutchak got 5th and 6th on day one.

On the final day of competition, the dancers improved on their performances from Saturday.

Redford got a 2nd place, two 3rd place finishes, and a 5th place on Sunday. Dutchak got 4th, 5th and 6th.

The pair competed for the first time since the pandemic began in late October in Port Coquitlam.
