VANCOUVER, B.C. – ICBC wants this Halloween to not be a scary time on roads across the province.
According to a release, an average of 590 people are injured in crashes on Halloween every year.
“Halloween should be fun, and it can be if both drivers and pedestrians take extra precautions when on roads this weekend,” says ICBC in a release.
To make sure this Halloween is a safe one, ICBC has released some tips for drivers and pedestrians.

According to ICBC. an average of nine people are injured in around 57 crashed on Halloween in the North Central region.
