FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Local teens have a chance to explore their artistic side with the North Peace Cultural Centre’s Let’s Art Teen.

The free after-school program is back on November 12th and will run every Friday until November 26th.

The program is for teens aged 12 to 18 and will have them practice a variety of art mediums and create new works, all under the supervision of local artists.

The Let’s Art program received a $2,000 donation from the Rotary Club of Fort St. John last year. The donation covered 100 hours of arts instruction offered at the North Peace Cultural Centre.

Registration is required for the program, which can be done by calling the NPCC at 250-785-1992 or emailing [email protected]

The program is also offered for kids aged six to 12, however, the 2021 session took place in March.
