Letter to the Editor: Dear people of the Peace

The math is simple.

There are approximately 80,000 of you.

Currently, at least 40,000 of you are un-immunized, including all the children younger than 12.

If you are comfortable with that number, then you are comfortable with 4000 of you being hospitalized when, not if but when, you contract SARSCOV2 in this coming wave. Hospitalized in a region with no Intensive Care.

You are comfortable with 4000 of you suffering long-term disability from SARSCOV2 infection.

And, you are comfortable with 200 of you dying in this next wave.

Biology and math don’t respect “rights” or beliefs.

To avoid becoming a statistic, the solution is to get vaccinated.

To avoid those you care for and who are vulnerable becoming a statistic, the solution is to get vaccinated.

To have unrestricted access to the privileges of society, the solution is to get vaccinated.
