UPDATE:  Douglas Goodings was found in possession of the stolen truck and was arrested Monday. He is facing five charges, including possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, theft under $5000, possession of instruments for breaking into coin devices, flight from a peace officer and refusal to provide a sample.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Fort St. John RCMP are investigating the theft of a truck and tools from the Cecil Lake area this past weekend.

The theft was reported Monday and was believed to have happened between 5:00 p.m. on July 31st to 6:00 a.m. on August 2nd, according to police.
