HUDSON’S HOPE, B.C. – The District of Hudson’s Hope has removed the Boil Water Notice.

The District, in a release on Facebook, said that corrective actions were completed and it received satisfactory results from water samples that there was no longer a threat to the community water system.

As of July 20th, the Boil Water Notice has been rescinded after consultation with the Drinking Water Officer and Medical Health Officer.

The notice was put into place on July 10th after E.coli and Total Coliforms were discovered.

The District sent water samples to an AGAT lab last week, July 12th, and the results were received on July 16th. The results were ‘good’ except for one location where Coliform 1 was found.
