TAYLOR, B.C. – The Taylor Bridge speed limit will be down to 30 kilometres per hour while crews conduct maintenance work on the structure.
Dawson Road Maintenance will be working on the bridge until 6 p.m. Monday. During this time, the bridge will be down to single-lane alternating traffic.
“The end plate at the north end of the bridge has worked loose. Dawson Maintenance is installing some crossing plates to protect it until they can line up a contractor to repair the concrete and re-embed the plate,” said Mayor Lori Ackerman in a Facebook post.
