DAWSON CREEK, B.C – A drive-thru COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be available for Dawson Creek residents next week.
The clinic will be running June 17-19 and June 21-22 at the Dawson Creek & District Memorial Arena. The clinic will run from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends.
Northern Health announced the Fort St. John drive-thru clinic earlier this week, taking place June 10-12 and June 14-15 at the North Peace Arena parking lot. The clinic will run from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.
The clinics are for first dose only, and registration is recommended, but not required.
Residents won’t need to get out of their vehicle, and multiple passengers will be accommodated.
A waiting area will be designated for the 15 minute post-monitoring period in the parking lot.
