FORT ST. JOHN, B.C – The City of Fort St. John is making sure everyone can enjoy the upcoming Canada Day celebrations safely.
On Canada Day, along with the traditional Canada Day greeting and protocols, the virtual program will see local performances, the national anthem, and a fireworks display.
There will also be a drive-thru breakfast with the Fort St. John Fire Department, drive-thru parade, self-guided tours at the Fort St. John North Peace Museum, and a book hunt in partnership with the Fort St. John Literacy Society.
The city’s recreation department is also organizing a week-long celebration starting June 21st featuring activities such as Pick-a-Path Wild Canada Goose Chase activity in partnership with the Fort St John Library, Canada Day Support Local Bingo, and various Canada Day crafts.
