TUMBLER RIDGE, B.C. – Event organizers have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 Emperor’s Challenge Mountain Run.
The cancellation of this year’s event came on the advice of the medical team due to uncertainty around B.C.’s four-step reopening plan and the impact of COVID-19 on volunteer infrastructure.
Starting near the treeline, the Emperor’s Challenge circuit climbs 2,000 feet to the summit of Babcock Mountain.
