CHETWYND, B.C. – Chetwynd RCMP has located Devon Myles Lindstrom after issuing a warrant for his arrest on May 4th.

The detachment wasn’t able to provide further details but says he was located over the weekend.

According to B.C. Court records, Lindstrom is set to appear in Williams Lake Provincial Court on June 4th.

The 27-year-old was arrested on March 19th for a domestic assault, mischief under $5000, assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, and intimidation. He was remanded into custody on a 24-hour curfew with an electronic monitoring device.

On Friday, April 30th, Lindstrom is believed to have cut off his electronic monitoring device and escaped custody in the Prince George area.

RCMP believed that Lindstrom was in the company of another man and woman, possibly in a 2015 grey four-door Chrysler Sedan car or a 2015 white Honda Civic.

The trio was suspected to be travelling somewhere between Prince George and Vancouver Island.
