FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – All 39 Site C workers identified with the COVID-19 outbreak have recovered.

Northern Health says after ongoing monitoring and testing, no new cases have been identified that are associated with the outbreak declared on April 28th. There are a small number of close contacts still completing self-isolation.

Northern Health Medical Health Officers, Site C and its contractors, and WorkSafeBC are still monitoring and responding to the outbreak.

According to the Site C website, as of May 12th, there are 1,462 people in camp, with 12 people in isolation at camp and 24 in isolation at home.

Since March 1, 2020, Site C has had 101 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
