CORPUS CHRISTI, TX. – Jake Gardner picked up another single point in the standings after finishing 11th at the PBR Chute Out on the weekend.

The Fort St. John bull rider missed out on the top 10 by half a point, as Jorge Valdiviezo finished with 84.50.

In the first round, Time To Shine bucked off Gardner in a little over four seconds.

Facing Wound Up in round two, Gardner rode for a full eight seconds, finishing with 84.00 points.

Going up against Keep’Em Guessin, the highest-scoring bull Gardner faced at the event, Gardner was tossed in two and a half seconds in the final round.

Gardner will get a chance to get back on the bull this weekend in Cassville, Missouri. The Touring Pro division has a one-night event on May 8th.

The PBR Velocity Tour will load up and head on to Sioux City, Iowa, for the next event on the schedule on May 21st and 22nd.
