VICTORIA, B.C. – More COVID-19 school exposure notices were announced by Northern Health on Wednesday.
In School District 60, North Peace Secondary School and Doctor Kearney Middle School extended their previous exposure notices to include April 15th and 16th.
Freedom Thinkers Education in Baldonnel had an exposure on April 12th and 13th.
Independent school Mountain Christian School Society received notice of a COVID-19 school exposure on April 16th.
From April 11th to 17th, Peace River North recorded 61 cases, the second-highest number recorded in a one-week span.
The highest one-week total was 81 cases recorded between December 27th, 2020, and January 2nd, 2021.
Peace River South recorded 76 cases, the fourth-highest single week total.
The highest number of cases recorded in one week was 118 cases between April 4th and 10th.
