DAWSON CREEK, B.C. – The City of Dawson Creek wants to help seniors and persons with physical disabilities with gravel removal from adjacent boulevards this spring.
If you are physically unable to remove the accumulated sand and gravel from your property, call City Hall at 250-784-3618 by April 19th to register your location.
A community volunteer will be dispatched to sweep up gravel depending on the spring thaw’s timing and the availability of volunteers.
Any non-profit groups who are interested in helping with gravel removal should call City Hall by April 19th. The City will pay an honorarium per lot swept.
