FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Canadian Grind and the Child Development Centre (CDC) have partnered together for ‘Donut Days’ with all proceeds going to the CDC.

With the 47th Annual Talent Show fast approaching on Friday, the CDC has been working with different businesses that are hosting fundraisers for the centre.

The CDC will be getting 100 per cent of the proceeds and will go towards the purchase of all-terrain wheelchairs, and a portion will go towards mortgage reduction. Any leftover funding will go towards renovations to some of the therapy spaces as a way to increase capacity.

You can pick up donuts at the Canadian Grind on Wednesday and Thursday, a dozen for $36 and half dozen for $18. Ordering can be done through The Canadian Grind Facebook page or by calling 250-785-2711.

The 47th Annual CDC Talent Show is on Friday, March 5th at 6 p.m. and will be streamed virtually due to the current pandemic. It will be streamed on the Moose FM, Energeticcity.ca, and CDC Facebook pages.
