FORT ST. JOHN, B.C – Shane Sutherland will head back to court in relation to the murder of 23-year-old Amanda Black on March 15th as lawyers await for the evidence to be disclosed by the Crown.
The 27-year-old appeared by video in Fort St John provincial court Monday and remains in custody.
Police arrived at a home in Village St John, finding Black deceased around 7:30 p.m. on February 8th. Sutherland was arrested without incident and charged with second-degree murder.
