DAWSON CREEK, B.C. – Northern Health issued an update to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak at the Dawson Creek and District Hospital.
Since last week’s update, two staff members have tested positive for COVID-19.
As of Friday, February 19th, nine patients and five staff members have tested positive for COVID-19 in relation to the outbreak.
The health authority says there have been no additional deaths to residents who had tested positive. To date, one COVID-19 related death has been confirmed.
According to the release, the next update will be available early next week.
