FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. -Northern Health has reported a COVID-19 exposure at Duncan Cran Elementary School.

According to a post from School District 60 on Twitter, they had received the notice from Northern Health for those in attendance on Jan. 28th and 29th.

Northern Health has sent a letter to staff, students, and others that were present.

The exposure notice is the fifth to occur in School District 60 this year.

The British Columbia Center for Disease Control released the cumulative COVID-19 case count for each local health area Friday.

From Jan. 2020 to Jan. 2021, Peace River North reported 499 cases, Peace River South reported 179 cases and Fort Nelson region had 127 cases.
