FORT ST. JOHN, B.C – Fort St. John RCMP are looking for a lone suspect involved in a break and enter at Shoppers Drug Mart.

The police received a call of the break-in around 6 a.m. on Monday. Upon arriving, police officers found both front glass doors shattered and the suspect gone.

Surveillance footage showed one person wearing blue coveralls entering the store. They made their way to the front counter area before leaving a short time later.

Police says they patrolled the area but did not locate the individual.

“It is still early in the investigation,” said Constable Chad Neustaeter, Media Relations Officer for the Fort St John RCMP.  “The Fort St John RCMP is working closely with Shoppers Drug Mart staff to gain additional details for further investigation.”
