DAWSON CREEK, B.C. – Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for the B.C South Peace River area.
According to Environment Canada, heavy snowfall of around 15 centimetres is expected tonight through Tuesday morning.
A frontal system moving across the BC Interior will give heavy snowfall to the southern Peace region. Snow will continue through Tuesday morning before ending near noon.
With rapidly accumulating snow, travel will be difficult in some locations, and visibility may be suddenly reduced at times.
