FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Christmas tree drop-off is still happening until Friday, January 15th.
Anyone wishing to drop-off their tree can do so at the green space between Parkour Park and the North Peace Museum.
All decorations, tinsel, and plastic bags are to be removed beforehand. Any trees dropped off will be used in the upcoming High on Ice Winter Fest next month.
For Dawson Creek residents, due to the current pandemic, the non-profit group that usually does the Christmas tree pick-up is unable to. Instead, residents can drop their trees off at the local landfill or transfer station.
