DAWSON CREEK, B.C – A Dawson Creek man facing 21 charges had his court case adjourned after appearing in court on Tuesday.

Stacey Ray Laglace, 32, will appear in front of a Dawson Creek courtroom on February 2 to hear the reading of his charges.

The BC Courts’ database states the date has been moved so an arraignment hearing can take place.

The hearing allows the accused or the defence counsel to inform the court how they are going to plead.

Last week, North District RCMP was looking for the accused who was wanted on multiple un-endorsed warrants for his arrest.

Laglace is facing 21 charges including aggravated assault, discharging a firearm with intent, kidnapping, and robbery.

He remains in custody
