FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – A local family is in awe over the kindness and generosity they’ve received from an anonymous source.
Jennifer Eady posted to a local Facebook group about the thoughtful and extremely generous gift on Wednesday, January 6th.
Eady lost her daughter Chole suddenly in 2019 and since then has “struggled” with a monthly bill for the funeral arriving in the mail. A monthly reminder of what her family lost.
Last month she received a bill that seemed to be less than the usual amount. When she sent in a payment on New Year’s Day, the payment was returned. When Eady looked at her bill again, she realized it had been paid in full. The bill was over $8,000.
Eady added in her post that she plans to pay it forward somehow.
When Energeticcity.ca reached out to Eady, she said that no one has come forward.
