Kace weighed in at seven pounds, 11 ounces, and is welcomed to the world by his half-siblings Jacob and Nathan.
It’s believed the first baby born in B.C. happened in Surrey at 12:29 a.m. at Surrey Memorial Hospital. Rehmat Pangli weighed in at 3,215 grams, or seven pounds and one ounce.
