FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The City of Fort St. John says it’s responsible for all the coloured shovels around the City.
Residents started to notice the barrels full of coloured shovels all around the City, including at 100th street and 100th avenue.
In a Facebook post, the City says they placed the shovels around the community as a part of its Winter City Micro-Project.
