FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Fort St. John Salvation Army’s Annual Christmas campaigns are going strong, despite the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.

According to Salvation Army Executive Director Cameron Eggie, so far as of Tuesday, December 15, the Christmas Kettle Campaign has seen over $68,300 in donations of its $75,000 goal.

Eggie also says the Salvation Army has been able to raise over $60,800 in general Christmas Donations since November 1.

With the generousity the community has shown this year, Eggie says the Salvation Army continues to be humbled by the generosity of this community and it inspires them to continue serving.

The Christmas Kettle Campaign continues until Christmas eve, December 24, and donations can be made directly to the Salvation Army or at one of the various Red Kettles locations across Fort St. John.
