VICTORIA, B.C. – The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is reminding drivers across the province to drive safely this holiday season and to make sure their travel is essential.
Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry, has urged all British Columbians to pause their holiday non-essential travel to help keep B.C. hospitals, schools and businesses open.
For those who have to travel for essential reasons, make sure to plan ahead, check weather forecasts, and drive according to the road conditions.
