FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Walmart Canada is reporting a confirmed case of COVID-19 at the Fort St. John Walmart.
According to a Walmart spokesperson, an associate at the Fort St. John location recently tested positive for the virus and was last working there on Wednesday, November 25.
Out of an abundance of caution, Walmart says associates identified as being in close prolonged contact have been directed to self-isolate, and they are currently working with the Health Authority on any further actions that may need to be taken.

Walmart says they are continuing to take measures to support the well-being of its customers and associates, such as increased cleaning throughout the store, conducting wellness checks on all employees, and making the wearing of facemasks mandatory.
