UPDATE: With the new regulations for COVID-19, the Fort St. John North Peace Museum is asking each family group to pre-register for a ten-minute timeslot by calling the museum at 250-787-0430

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The North Peace Museum in Fort St. John has announced that COVID Santa will be at the museum this Saturday, November 28th.

The NPM recommends bringing your own camera or using your cell phone to take a picture beside the life-sized picture of Santa with the museum buildings in the background. After taking pictures, you can even send a postcard to Santa at the North Pole and use the special Santa mailbox.

The North Peace Museum is also launching a new annual tradition of the ‘A Northern Heritage Christmas‘ website. You’ll be able to look at great local gift ideas, Christmas crafts for all ages, any local Christmas events and activities, as well as some Christmas recipes. You can even share your own.

The COVID Santa visit will take place Saturday, November 28, from 11 am to 3 pm. Admission is free, but donations will be appreciated.

For more information, you can reach out to Heather at the FSJ North Peace Museum by phone at 250-787-0430 or email at fsjnpmuseum@fsjmail.com.
