Mokles Rahman has been named the new chief administrative officer for Hudson’s Hope.

Rahman will start Nov. 23, and replaces Chris Cvik, who is retiring at the end of the year. Rahman has been with Hudson’s Hope since December 2018, as the public works director.

“We are very fortunate to be able to promote from within,” said Mayor Dave Heiberg in a statement.

“We received several resumes from qualified candidates, but in the end, over the past two years Mokles has demonstrated his ability to tackle large projects and Council is looking forward to more great results in the future.”

The district has begun a search for a new public works director, and Rahman will oversee projects until a replacement is hired.
