DAWSON CREEK, B.C. – The Peace River Regional District’s Recreational Trails Grants-in-aid applications have opened as of Monday, October 19th.

In accordance with the Regional District’s Parks and Trails Master Plan, the grants are available to any not-for-profit organization that promotes the development, improvement, and maintenance of the recreational trails for public use within the Peace Region.

Any not-for-profit organizations interested in applying can find the five-page application form and related information forms on the PRRD website under Grant Services.

Upon receiving applications, the Regional Parks Committee will meet to review all eligible applications and to make funding recommendations to the Board of Directors for a final decision.

Applications are to be submitted by email to [email protected] by the deadline of Sunday, November 15th.
