DAWSON CREEK, B.C. – The North Peace Savings and Credit Union’s Dawson Creek branch will be permanently closing as of November 1.
According to NPSCU CEO Mitchel Chilcott, the decision to close the Dawson Creek branch was made after careful thought and analysis in the best interest of the credit union’s collective membership to ensure the ability to offer superior advisory services and competitive products, well into the future.
While the Dawson Creek branch is closing, Chilcott says they remain committed to their members and will support them in the transition to using other branches and the digital banking options available.
The Dawson Creek branch will remain open as usual until the end of the business day on October 31.
The branches in Fort St. John, Hudson’s Hope, and Fort Nelson will remain open.
