FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Over the weekend, local brewery Beard’s Brewing Company held an Oktoberfest event which helped to raise money for the Fort St. John Firefighters Charitable Society.
The FSJ FF Charitable Society provides financial support to local families who are faced with costly medical travel, support for burn survivors, and assist in local charities in Fort St. John and surrounding areas.

Along with the stein purchases, there were raffle tickets for $10.00 each or 5 for $40.00 and a donation jar with all proceeds going to the FSJFCS.
