FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Fort St. John’s Sterling Middleton along with his team, Team Tardi, are off to the 2019 World Junior Curling Championships in Liverpool, Nova Scotia.

Team Tardi will be representing Canada at the World Championships.

Last month, in Vernon, Team Tardi was able to win their third consecutive Canadian Junior Curling Title.

Skip Tardi, along with Vice-Skip Middleton, felt unreal in the sense of winning the Championship for the third time.

“It’s unreal the fact that this has only been done twice before and how this is such a rare feat. It’s an incredible feeling and to be doing it with one of my best friends is extra special.”

The 2019 World Junior Curling Championships are taking place from February 16 to the 23 in Liverpool, Nova Scotia.
