FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Wizards young and old gathered in Fort St. John to celebrate 20 years of Harry Potter on Monday.

The Fort St. John Public Library along with Whole Wheat and Honey and NEAT, teamed up to bring celebrations to Fort St. John.

There were snacks, games, potions class and magical creatures (snakes among others).

There was also a Quidditch match taking place on the green space at 100th and 100th.

To finish off the evening, there will also be Harry Potter Pub Trivia Night (19+): starting at 7:00 p.m. at Casey’s Pub.
As many diehard Harry Potter fans may know, the official celebration for 20 years of Potter was on June 26.
