FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Fort St. John and District Chamber of Commerce are hosting two events this week with one on Thursday evening and the other on Friday morning.

Tomorrow night from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. there will be a “Business After Five” Social Networking Event. The event will take place at 10344 – 100th Street. The event is free to attend but they do require that you register in advance.

Appetizers, beverages, & a great opportunity to network with other business professionals will be offered.

Then on Friday, November 18 at 7:45 a.m., there will be a special breakfast meeting. The meeting will discuss perspectives on the Canadian Economy.

Calista Cheung will be the guest speaker for the event. She is the Senior Representative (Economics) at the Bank of Canada’s Regional Office for British Columbia and the Yukon in June.
