FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Pat Pimm was scheduled for an arraignment hearing today in Dawson Creek court but it was once again postponed to a later date.

Pimm was not present in court this afternoon. His lawyer Greg Cranston spoke on his behalf via telephone again.

Cranston said he had just received the particulars of the case this morning through email and has not had a chance to look through the documents yet. Pimm also has not had seen the documents.

The arraignment hearing has been pushed back 2 more weeks to November 8th, 2016 at 9:30 pm.
