FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – It appears that Pat Pimm is going through family proceedings in court according to Court Services Online.
Pimm stepped down from the BC Liberal caucus on August 15th, saying that allegations had been brought against him that required him to obtain legal council.
The Criminal Justice Branch had no comment to what specifically is happening. They said they had no further comments for the media.
The Fort St. John RCMP also said that they had no comment or involvement in the case involving Pimm.
On the CSO website, it states: PIMM, Patrick v PIMM, Jody – Supreme Family Law Proceedings.
No other details have been released at this time.
